The Day Care Center — Women at Momtex not only receive equal opportunity as men, but are provided the added benefit of a day care center. The day care center is the first of its kind in a manufacturing facility for women laborers. Momtex prides itself of the healthy and conducive environment it creates for all of its 7000 employees.
